Please note that your account with Stately FX is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). However, your money is held in a specially designated, safeguarded account, entirely separate from both the bank’s own funds and our operational accounts. This safeguarded account exists solely to protect client funds, and no third party (including our payment provider) has any rights or claims over it. This means that even in the unlikely event of an issue with the payment provider, your funds remain protected.
Our payment service provider is fully authorised and must meet strict regulatory requirements to keep both your funds and our business secure. As part of this, you may be asked to provide proof of identity and/or address during registration. Rest assured, all data is stored securely and never shared without your consent.
